Check in Policy: check- in 4 P.M.

Check out Policy: check-out 10 A.M.

Guidelines for check-out- please remove all bedding on beds that were used and put in hamper in the bathroom. Please wash all dishes. Put all trash in the outside garbage cans.

Deposit Policy- A 50% deposit is required. A two night minimum is required. Call if you need one night and we will try to accommodate.

Cancellation Policy- If you need to cancel, please give us at least a 21 day notice for a full refund. If you cancel with a 48 hour notice, your deposit will be moved to a new date. No refunds for early departures.

Pet Policy- Pets are welcome, there is a $50 fee per stay per pet.  (maximum of 2 pets per cabin) We do ask that you keep them off the furniture as not all our guests are dog lovers like us. We do ask that you clean up after your pet around the cabin areas.

Smoking Policy: All cabins are non smoking, if you smoke outside please clean up your butts. We want to maintain a clean environment for all guests. If we find that smoking was done in the cabin, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cleaning fee.

Children: Must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old. 

​

Quiet Time for the comfort of all quests is 11 P.M. to 7 A.M.

Damage to Cabins: please report immediately, once damages are accessed, an estimate will be given and you will be billed.
